Vince Kindfuller is an engineer and program manager based in the Philadelphia area. He works as the Submarine Propulsion Manager at Philadelphia Gear, an engineering and manufacturing company founded in Philadelphia in 1892, where he supports the development and production of advanced naval propulsion equipment. Before joining Philadelphia Gear, Vince served for more than eight years as a U.S. Navy submarine officer and continues to serve in the Navy Reserve.

Ralph Pomponi grew up in South Philadelphia and gained his knowledge of business & human resources at Temple University. He worked in the retail field for many years and finished his career at a non-profit in the Philadelphia area. He worked there as a district retail operations manager for twenty-four years. Ralph loves listening to his extensive jazz collection and enjoying a great glass of wine. He is the proud father of three sons.
