Grantees are required to submit reports reflecting progress towards stated objectives and to notify the Foundation at any time if there is a major change or delay in the proposed plans. A grant year-end report assessing accomplishment of stated objectives of the grant and a financial accounting is necessary and is submitted online.

When a multi-year grant is approved payment of subsequent installments is made conditional on the satisfaction of the Foundation that proposed accomplishments are being met. 

You will need to use the same log-in information linked to your application to access your grant report. An automatic email will be sent to the primary contact on file when the online reporting link is activated, approximately one month prior to the due date as outlined in the award notification letter. 

Grantees must wait one year from the completion of their final report before submitting any new requests.
