Approved $25,000/yr x 3 years June 2023 to support the Restorative Services Program, a constellation of services including a hot, nutritious meal, mail and identification service, community hygiene, and a clothing boutique. Our Restorative Services program addresses the immediate needs of extremely vulnerable Philadelphians while encouraging their access to additional stabilizing services and supports.
