Approved $25,000/yr x 3 years June 2023 to support ELC?s direct service operations in Philadelphia to ensure children?s access to a quality public education. ELC will provide direct legal services to families through the Education Helpline; conduct trainings for child-serving professionals and youth; and create resources providing rights-based information and self-advocacy assistance to the community.
