12+ partners with high schools in underserved communities to build school cultures where all students have access to a quality postsecondary opportunity. Our in-school PLUS Centers supply the tools and resources, while our teams of full-time dedicated Fellows provide individualized support to help every student succeed. Fellows act as daily advisors, tutors, and mentors to our students, with the goal of equipping them with the information and skills to become lifelong learners. We offer four core programs to support 9th-12th grade students, as well as graduating seniors which focus on freshman transition, leadership development, postsecondary access and preparedness, and alumni support, respectively. Our vision is to partner with every high school in the greater Philadelphia area to create movements that redefine what is possible for students beyond 12th grade.
