Jordan Muse, Philanthropic Partnerships Coordinator

Jordan Muse is the Philanthropic Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, she supports current and prospective grantee partners through a variety of initiatives. She is often attending events, planning convenings and checking in.

In addition to her work in philanthropy, Jordan owns a fitness and wellness business, museologie, specializing in fitness training for older adults. Jordan has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and four years working specifically with the 60+ population. She is a board member at the Sarah Ralston Foundation.

Regina Bosca, Grants Manager

Regina Bosca began working part-time for the Foundation over 25 years ago, following the birth of her first daughter. Prior to that, she served as Residency Coordinator at the Chestnut Hill Family Medicine Residency Program, where she worked alongside Trustee Marc McKenna, MD.
 
As Grants Manager, Regina oversees the Foundation’s online grants management system (Foundant) and is available to assist with any questions related to the application process or the status of a grant.

Lauren Stebbins, Executive Director

Lauren Stebbins joined the Patricia Kind Family Foundation as Executive Director in 2025. Driven by a commitment to addressing systemic inequities that hinder access to resources for underserved and marginalized populations, she has worked in a diverse range of mission-driven organizations, cultivating and honing skills in strategy development, program management, investment due diligence, research, analysis and communications.
