Approved $25,000/yr x 3 years June 2023 to support the development and implementation of a strategic plan and make the transition from a fiscally sponsored organization to a 501(c)3. PCBF aims to end cash bail and pretrial detention in our city. We are implementing the Culture and Strategy Framework developed by Dragonfly Partners, LLC. This framework includes changes to our structure, staff development, and the creation of a base building program.
