Lauren Stebbins, Executive Director

Lauren Stebbins joined the Patricia Kind Family Foundation as Executive Director in 2025. Driven by a commitment to addressing systemic inequities that hinder access to resources for underserved and marginalized populations, she has worked in a diverse range of mission-driven organizations, cultivating and honing skills in strategy development, program management, investment due diligence, research, analysis and communications. Her prior experience includes leadership and programmatic roles at The Barra Foundation, Stone Sherick Consulting Group, Opportunity Finance Network, Prosperity Now, and the Aspen Institute. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the LBJ School at The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from Brown University. She currently serves on the boards of the Independence Public Media Foundation and Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia.
