Andrew Kind-Rubin, Ph.D.

Andrew Kind-Rubin, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified school psychologist who has worked in the field of child and family mental health for over thirty years. For the past twenty-one years, he has been the Chief Clinical Officer and VP of Clinical Services at Child Guidance Resource Centers, a private, non-profit behavioral health setting for youth and families, offering services in Delaware, Chester, Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties. Dr. Kind-Rubin serves on the Youth and Family Training Institute Advisory Board, the State Leadership Management Team, and is the co-chair of the Children’s Committee of the State Mental Health Planning Council. He is a certified trainer in a variety of evidence-based practices. He and his wife, Valerie, have four grown daughters and live in Bucks County.
