Organization's Mission: YOACAP's mission is to enhance the quality of life and health for Philadelphians through community-based and culturally competent interventions. YOACAP provides supportive youth development services and works with youth and communities to encourage increased civic engagement among people of color. The common threads uniting all of YOACAP's programs are commitment to diversity, respected community ties, and culturally competent service delivery.
